​Senior Staff Roles

  • Provide leadership in developing program, organizational, and financial plans and execute on the policies authorized by the Board

  • Ensure ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with the board of directors and the management team to carry out the policies currently established by of the board

  • Evaluating current and future staffing needs -- Ensuring the right people are in the right seats

  • Lead, coach, develop, and retain high-performance senior management team

  • Strategic planning

    • Collaborate with senior management and the board of directors in establishing a two-to-five-year organizational roadmap

  • Develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors; serve as ex-officio of each committee; seek and build board involvement with strategic direction

  • Energize and engage volunteers, partners, and funders

  • Ensure effective systems are in place to track scaling progress, and evaluate program components to measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the board, funders, and other constituents

Finance & Accounting

  • Propose & maintain balanced budgets

  • Process and maintain accounts receivables and accounts payables

  • Process credit card payments

  • Reconcile monthly bank statements

  • Provide monthly financial statements

  • Work with CPA firm to prepare and file annual IRS 990 Form

  • Obtain annual financial audit from independent CPA firm
